We understand the needs of vessel owners, Captains and crew. Our easy to use service enables employers to find the people they need for permanent positions and yacht delivery. There are thousands of commercial and private vessels worldwide that constantly change their crew. In addition, there are new vessels being built all the time, all these new builds will need crew.

There are expected to be over 3000 superyacht crew jobs created in 2005 alone from new builds. There's also more tallship crew needed to fill tallship jobs every year. We frequently get requests for yacht delivery Captains and yacht delivery crew for all vessel types.

Many of these vessels are owned by some of the world's wealthiest people and they sail in some of the most beautiful places on earth. 	Working Holidays - Gap Year Jobs - Amateur Yacht Crew - Building-up Sea Miles

Amateur and novice crew can register with us for working holidays or working Passages. There are many employers and private vessel owners, who will take on amateur and novice crew to enable them to gain some sailing experience and sea miles. These positions are usually low paid or non-paid and may require a contribution towards food, but it will allow you to get valuable experience and make many contacts before becoming a professional crewmember.

 

Our service lets vessel owners, Captains and employers view our members CV's/crew profiles online, they can then contact our members direct to discuss their vacancy, terms and conditions. Employers can also advertise their vacancies with us free of charge!
